Omid 2 Complex is a mixed-use development comprising commercial, administrative, and cultural facilities.
The commercial section occupies four levels, including the ground floor and three basement levels.
The cultural section includes a 280-seat auditorium and two multipurpose halls with seating capacities of 50 and 80 people, located on the 10th and 11th floors. The administrative offices are situated on the 11th through 22nd floors.
The management and executive offices are located on the top two floors of the building.
A kitchen and restaurant are also provided on the 10th floor to serve the staff working in the administrative section.
Each of the commercial, administrative, and cultural sections has its own independent entrance and access system. Parking facilities are allocated across the 1st through 9th floors of the complex.
